Ingredients

45minutes
  • 100 gflour
  • 175 gsugar
  • 175 gmargarine
  • 4 pcseggs
  • 1 teaspoonBaking powder
  • 2 dropsvanilla essence
  • 1grated lemon

Steps

    Weigh all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Cream sugar and margarine together until light creamy and fluffy

  3. 3

    Add eggs one by one

  4. 4

    Sieve the flour and baking powder into the creamed ingredients above

  5. 5

    Fold in the flour

  6. 6

    Pour the cake batter into a greased tin

  7. 7

    Bake in a preheated oven

  8. 8

    Baking temperature 180°c

  9. 9

    Baking time 45 minutes

  10. 10

    Let it cool.
