  • 100 gflour
  • 100 gwhole meal flour
  • 150 mlsour milk
  • 50 mloil
  • 2 pcsEggs
  • 1tsp/2.5g Baking powder
  • 1/4 tspbicarbonate of soda
  • 100 gsugar
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

18-20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large bowl,combine flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt

  2. 2

    In a small bowl beat eggs,milk and oil

  3. 3

    Stir - in the dry ingredients until just moistened

  4. 4

    Fill greased or paper-lined muffins cups

  5. 5

    Baking temperature 200°c

  6. 6

    Baking time 18-20 minutes
