Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsflax seeds
  2. 100 gramssesame seeds
  3. 200 mlalmond flour
  4. 30 mlphysillium husk
  5. 250 gramsbuttermilk / greek yogurt / sour cream
  6. 6eggs
  7. 10 mlbaking powder
  8. 5 mlsalt
  9. 1 pinchof stevia or 1tsp xylitol (optional)
  10. 1for a little something extra u can add almonds cranberries pumpkin seeds etc

Steps

  1. 1

    Place seeds in a coffee grinder and grind till finely ground. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf tin and sprinkle sesame seeds over.

    Bake for 50min in oven at 180°
