Ingredients

  • 100 gramsflax seeds
  • 100 gramssesame seeds
  • 200 mlalmond flour
  • 30 mlphysillium husk
  • 250 gramsbuttermilk / greek yogurt / sour cream
  • 6eggs
  • 10 mlbaking powder
  • 5 mlsalt
  • 1 pinchof stevia or 1tsp xylitol (optional)
  • 1for a little something extra u can add almonds cranberries pumpkin seeds etc

Steps

  1. 1

    Place seeds in a coffee grinder and grind till finely ground. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf tin and sprinkle sesame seeds over.

    Bake for 50min in oven at 180°
