Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsFresh mushrooms
  2. 3 cloveSpring Garlic
  3. tbspolive oil
  4. 1garlic choped
  5. 1chopped parsley
  6. 1by neef long chopsticks

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the mushrooms on half

  2. 2

    Cut the spring garlic

  3. 3

    Put mushrooms and garlic on the stick

  4. 4

    In a bowl add olive oil parsley and garlic

  5. 5

    Dip the mushroom stick in the mixture

  6. 6

    Place the mushrooms stick on the grill and cook for 15 minutes

  7. 7
