I decided to use up my leftover pork roast and I made some delicious pork tacos!
Steps

Dice your leftover pork roast into bite size pieces and heat in a skillet on medium-high heat.

Once heated, add taco seasoning packet and water, as instructed on the taco kit, and simmer for about 4 minutes.

Preheat oven to 325 and place taco shells on a baking sheet. Heat in the oven for about 6-7 minutes, until shells are crisp.

Lay out all of your toppings for taco building.

I serve my tacos with Spanish rice. Enjoy!!
