Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.Leftover pork roast, diced into small bite sized pieces
  2. Taco kit with 10 hard shell tacos (or soft shell, if that’s your preference)
  3. Taco seasoning from taco kit
  4. 2/3 cupwater
  5. Toppings:
  6. Bowlshredded lettuce
  7. Bowldiced tomatoes
  8. Bowlsour cream
  9. Bowlchopped scallions
  10. Bowlchopped jalapeños
  11. Bowlsalsa
  12. Bowlshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice your leftover pork roast into bite size pieces and heat in a skillet on medium-high heat.

    Once heated, add taco seasoning packet and water, as instructed on the taco kit, and simmer for about 4 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 325 and place taco shells on a baking sheet. Heat in the oven for about 6-7 minutes, until shells are crisp.

    Lay out all of your toppings for taco building.

    I serve my tacos with Spanish rice. Enjoy!!
