150 grammakhana
200 gramfresh curd
1/2 tablespoon cardamom powder
50 gramcashew nuts
50 gramalmonds
50 gramraisins
100 gramsugar
1/2 cupwater

Soak the sugar in water and leave for 3 -5 mins.

Add makhana to the curd in a big bowl, now add the sugar water as we want the makhana to get soft.

After ten minutes add all the dry fruits and cardamom powder and the chopped dry fruits

It's a refreshing dish for navratri or any fast..enjoy it chilled or fresh.
