  • 1kilo carrots
  • 3 cupsfull fat milk
  • Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wok mein ghee add karein aur gratted carrots.

  2. 2

    Phir milk add karein. Jab tak grated carrots and milk aache se apas mein ache se mix ho and milk bhi sukh jayein.

  3. 3

    Jab sab mix ho jayein. Gajar halwa is ready.
