First boil the potatoes.

Take kuttu ka atta in a bowl.

Add the boiled potato in the bowl.

Add chopped dania leaves.

Knead well to make a dough adding 1/4 glass of water.

Heat oil in kadai.

Now make small ball and take a plastic cover.

Apply oil on both sides of the cover.

Keep the ball on the cover and roll with rolling pin slowly to get poori.

Grease your hands well and take the poori on palms.

Deep fry the poori in the kadhai.

Your kuttu ke pooriyan are ready to serve.
