Steps

Heat ghee in kadai roast suji till light brown. Add water and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Add sugar and elaichi and kaju and kismish. Cook till ghee separates. Garnish with some more nuts.

Saboodana Kheer : Saboodana - 1 cup soaked.

Sugar - 1/2 cup Milk - 500ml. Kesar - few strands. Kaju kismish as required. Elaichi - 2 pc.

Boil milk in a thick bottom pan. Add sugar and let it boil.

Add soaked saboodana and stir continously. Add kaju kishmish and kesar and ealaichi.

Cook till milk thickens. Serve hot / cold as per ur choice.

Serve thali with Chana, puri, saboodana vadas, coconut m fresh fruits.
