It's a very creamy and crispy dish. Perfect for breakfast.

Make holes in the middle of the baguettes and remove the excess bread

Heat 1 tbsp butter add chopped onions, capsicum and sweet corn. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Stir and saute for 2 mins.

Take a bowl and add in eggs and beat well. Then add cream, cheese, sweet corn mix, salt and pepper and mix.

Gently pour in the egg mix in the baguettes. Brush the sides of the bread with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake for 10-12 mins at 180 c in a preheated oven. Keep an eye on the baguettes while baking.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
