Ingredients

16 servings
  1. 16 ozsour cream
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupconfectioners sugar
  4. 8 ozcream cheese
  5. 1 packagescool whip
  6. 1 packagesfrozen coconut
  7. 4 packagesfrozen coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except 4 pkgs of frozen coconut for the icing.

  2. 2

    Bake 2 yellow cake layers and split them in two.

  3. 3

    Ice each layer and pack on some of the 4 pkgs of frozen coconut.

  4. 4

    Stack layers then ice the sides and pack on rest of frozen coconut.
