  1. Sandwich----------------
  2. 9 slicesfish sticks frozen
  3. 2 slicesbread
  4. As neededoil to fry in shallow fry
  5. Tarter sauce------------------
  6. 1/3 cupmayonnaise with cracked black pepper
  7. 1 teaspoondill weed
  8. 1 tablespoonfinely diced onions
  9. Buffalo sauce---------------
  10. 2 tablespoonsbutter melted
  11. 1/4 cupyour favorite hot sauce I used Crystals

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Get the oil hot. Fry the fish sticks till done and crispy. Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil

    Mix the butter and hot sauce

    Dice the onion and add to the cracked black pepper mayonnaise. Add the dill weed and mix well

    Spread the tarter sauce on the bread slices.

    Add the Buffalo sauce to the fish sticks.
