Aloo mutter peas masala rice

First wash soak rice for half hour. Add two glasses water little vinegar and salt as per taste to rice. In a separate vessel add snow peas aloo and peas add little water and place both separately closed in a cooker for two whistles. Let it cook keep it aside.

Take a broad pan. Add oil heat it then add mustard jeera and saunf.. let it sputter then add hing turmeric powder and onions to it.. to this add ginger garlic paste. Sauté well till it turns dark brown.. add spring onion leaving little beat for garnish. Then add cooked vegetables to this add salt chilli powder and Garam masala. Cook with water till spices mix well into vegetables.

Lastly add the rice spread well over the veggies and let it cool.. once cooled mix in half lemon and garnish with roasted Kasuri methi and spring onions. Serve with onion raita.
