100 gramsBaking Chocolate
1Egg Yolk
1 tspCorn flour
1 cupEvaporated Milk

Melt chocolate in a ovenproof bowl over a low heat.

Add the evaporated milk & stir.

Mix the egg yolk & corn flour together then add to chocolate. Stir until mixed.
4

Leave on heat until thickens up.
5

Serve with your choice of fruit & sweets.
