  6. 1 cupfarro (or brown rice or barley)

  9. 1celery stick
  10. 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  11. 4 cupkudzu
  12. 1/2chopped tomato
  13. 1 cupshredded chicken
  14. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  15. 1/2 tspcumin
  16. 1/4 tspdill
