  3. 3 clovegarlic
  4. 4 cupchicken broth
  5. 1Bay leaf
  6. 1 cupfarro (or brown rice or barley)
  7. 2 cupleeks
  8. 1carrot
  9. 1celery stick
  10. 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  11. 4 cupkudzu
  12. 1/2chopped tomato
  13. 1 cupshredded chicken
  14. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  15. 1/2 tspcumin
  16. 1/4 tspdill

    Over medium heat, add ingredients and cook for 15 minutes or until all ingredients are tender. Spice extra if wanted.
