1 lbcubed Yukon potatoes
1/2 tspthyme
1/2 tspsea salt

Heat oven to 400°

Blend rub's dry ingredients, reserve 1/2 tbl. rub to mix with potatoes. Cook salmon rub down 4 min.turn over cook 6 to 8 min.

mix oil with potatoes and reserved rub, bake 20-25 min.
