Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbasil (not chopped yet)
  2. 1/4 cupcrushed walnuts or pine nuts
  3. 4 cloveroasted garlic
  4. 2 tbspbutter
  5. 2 tbspolive oil
  6. 1/4 cupheavy cream or half and half
  7. 1/4 cupparmesan cheese

    preheat oven to 400. cut about a half inch off the top of a head of garlic, drizzle in a dash of olive oil, wrap in tinfoil, and bake for 40 minutes.

    while garlic is roasting, you can start the water boiling for the pasta. chop basil into very small pieces and crush nuts.

    use a medium skillet to add together all the ingredients. simmer for ten minutes

    take garlic out of the oven and crush it and add to sauce

  5. 5

    turn heat to medium for 5 minutes, add pasta during this time.
