Steps

Dry roast the cemolina till a nice aroma comes out

Now make a well in between the cemolina and add ghee

Saute it with ghee till it becomes slight brown in colour

Now add the cashew-raisins and mix

Add milk and allow it to cook on a low flame for 5 minutes

Finally add sugar and sslt,mix well and switch off the heat
- 7
Sprinkle cardamom Powder,mix well and serve
