Ingredients

  1. 1tilapia crusting
  2. 1fresh italian vegetables
  3. 6tilapia fillets
  4. 1 1/4 cupalfredo sauce
  5. 8 ozpasta
  6. 1parsley
  7. 6lemon wedges

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. 2

    Place tilapia in shallow baking pan.

  3. 3

    Pour 3 tbs of alfredo sauce onto each tilapia. Use bottom of spoon to evenly coat top of fish.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle cup of crusting mix onto each piece and firmly pat breading evenly over Alfredo sauce

  5. 5

    Place pan of tilapia on top rack and at the same time, place sheet with vegetables on center rack.

  6. 6

    After 10 min., or when temp of fish reaches 150°F, remove fish from oven and transfer onto a lg platter.

  7. 7

    Bake veg for additional 5 min or until tender, and remove from the oven.

  8. 8

    Tosd the veg. with pasta and place around fish.

  9. 9

    Sprinke dish with parsley, garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
