1 clovegarlic, minced
1 pintsheavy cream
1/2 cupbutter, softened
1 cupparmesan-reggiano
1pepper, freshly ground
1parsley, freshly chopped

Heat olive oil, over low-medium heat in a deep saute pan.

Add garlic and lightly brown.

Add butter and whisk gently to melt.

Add cream and sprinkle in cheese and stir.
