Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonscornstarch (about 16 grams)
  2. 1 cupwater (240 ml)
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  5. 1/4 cupmilk (60 ml)
  6. 1 tablespoonfreshly squeezed lemon juice
  7. 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  8. 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  9. 1/4 cupoil (60 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan, whisk the cornstarch with the water while cold. Place over heat and keep stirring until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

  2. 2

    Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a blender. Add salt, vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and the milk.

  3. 3

    Blend, then slowly drizzle in the oil through the lid while blending until the sauce thickens. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for an hour.

  4. 4

    Enjoy the best toum!
