0.01 kgbutter
0.02 kgginger
0.01 kggarlic
0.01 kggreen chilli
0.005 kgchilli powder
0.001 kgKasoori methi
0.015 ltr cream
0.06 ltr makhni gravy

Steps

Heat the oil and sauté the garlic till it is brown. Add the makhni gravy.

Heat the makhni gravy and add the rest of the ingredients except coriander and ginger. Add a little water.

Add the cut paneer

Cook for 5 minutes and finish off with cream.

Serve hot
