Ingredients

  • 0.24 kgpaneer
  • 0.01 kgbutter
  • 0.02 kgginger
  • 0.01 kggarlic
  • 0.01 kggreen chilli
  • 0.005 kgchilli powder
  • 0.001 kgKasoori methi
  • 0.015 ltr cream
  • 0.06 ltr makhni gravy

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil and sauté the garlic till it is brown. Add the makhni gravy.

  2. 2

    Heat the makhni gravy and add the rest of the ingredients except coriander and ginger. Add a little water.

  3. 3

    Add the cut paneer

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 minutes and finish off with cream.

  5. 5

    Serve hot
