Take a mixture add moong dal and grind it

Half crushed karna hai.

Baad me usko haath se ache se pees le...isme aapko peesna hai

Fir isme thoda sa green chilli paste and salt to taste daalna hai..fir se thoda sa kutna hai

Abi garam oil me ek ek spoon se uneven shape me daale and reddish hone tak fry karein..

Ek kadai me 3-4cups jitna water boil karein usme 1tbsp jeera powder and 1tsp salt daale

Paani ko 5mins ke liye boil karein then switch off the gas fir iss paani me fry kiya hua vada daale and keep them for 5mins..then after 5mins squeeze out the water with lightly hands

For serving:- take a serving plate arrange 3-4 vada pour dahi on it

Then add meethi chutney coriander chutney a pinch of red chilli powder jeera powder a pinch of chat masala

Garnish with sev and chopped coriander..ur Dahi vada is ready
