In your pot, clean your lamb pieces and then you switch on the stove and start to cook.

Chop your onion and grate the garlic and place them aside on a bowl.

Them lamb is cooked when the meat is falling off the bones.

Spice the meat and stir then pour the onion and garlic
- 5
Slowly cook then pour your potatoes and carrots.
- 6
Stir then prepare your soups and add flour to thicken the meat gravy
- 7
Mine will be served with rice.
