70 gramsbrown sugar
1 tspground ginger
1 tspbaking powder
100 gramsbutter
1eggs
1 tbspGolden Syrup

Mix dry ingredients

Melt butter, syrup. Wisk in egg, vanilla

Add liquid ingredients to flour mix. Press into 40-45g balls and put onto baking tray. Press flat with fork. Bake in medium heat oven 20 to 30 minutes.
