Baked Salmon and Vegetables

Ingredients

  1. 200 gramssalmon fillet (without skin)
  2. Vegetables (I always use all the left over in my fridge)
  3. To tastesalt and pepper
  4. 1 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Place the vegetable on baking paper, put the hardest to cooked on the bottom layer.

  3. 3

    Put salmon fillet on top the vegetables layers, springkle with olive oil, the fold the baking paper into a paper bag. Bake at 180°C for 30-45 min.

    You can add more herb; basil, thyme ect. too.

Im very new to cooking so im sorry pardon my ignorrence lol but why put in a paper bag? Does that do something different than just an ordinary pan with foil?
