  2. 2 cupWater
  3. 1 literMilk
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 5 tbspSugar
  6. 5 tbspButter
  7. 1 pinchSalt
  8. 2 tbspVanilla Essence

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 160°C

    Soak Sago in Water for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Boil milk & stick cinnamon on high heat until boiling , reduce heat & remove stick cinnamon & add sago & pinch of salt

    Stiring continously so that sago doesn't stick or burn , cook for 15 minutes

    Remove from heat , add sugar and vanilla essence

  6. 6

    Add butter and eggs and mix throughly

  7. 7

    Pour into greased baking dish & sift cinnamon on top

  8. 8

    Bake for 30-35 minutes
