Ingredients

  1. 3Pre-packaged Salmon Portions
  2. 2Oranges
  3. 3 strandsfresh Rosemary Herb
  4. 2 TbspVirgin Olive Oil
  5. 1 TspOld Bay Seasoning
  6. 1 TspSea Salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl place Salmon pieces.

  2. 2

    Cut oranges in halves. Squeeze 1 1/2 oranges into bowl on top of Salmon. Keep 1/2 a orange and slice into thin slices for garnish.

    Add a small amount of Old Bay and sea salt into the bowl and rub it on both sides of the salmon.

    Cover cookie sheet with foil and sprinkle the olive oil on top of cookie sheet

  5. 5

    Place the salmon 1 inch apart from one another. Add remaining seasoning on top, lay the rosemary and orange slices on top.

  6. 6

    Pre heat oven for 450° degrees and bake for 20 mins. Set the rack in the middle of the oven for best results and to give the salmon a great color.
