Ingredients

8 cupzucchini
1 cupsugar
3/4 cuplemon juice
1 tspcinnamon
1/4 tspnutmeg
1 boxyellow cake mix
1 cupnuts
1/2 lbbutter or margarine, melted

preheat oven 350°F

Cook zucchini, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg until tender.

Pour into a 9x13 cake pan.

Sprinkle cake mix over zucchini, nuts over that, then pour butter on top.

Bake 350°F for 40 min.
