Ingredients

  • 200 gPaneer
  • 2onion boiled
  • 1 cuptomato purie
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 1 tsppepper powder
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • to tastesalt
  • As neededoil
  • as neededcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry paneer for 2 minute in medium flame.

  2. 2

    Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add whole spices, boiled onion, tomato purie, after that all spices and salt. cook then until oil separate from spices.

  3. 3

    Now add paneer, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and water. cook for 10 minute.

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves. serve it.
