Chop the onions and tomatoes. Gather the remaining ingredients.

Marinate the chicken with vinegar, food coloring, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it marinate for 1 hour.

Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add the onions, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté, then add the cashews. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Let the mixture cool, then blend it into a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until cooked.

Strain the blended gravy and add it to the pan. Stir in the tomato ketchup, all the spices, dried fenugreek leaves, and cream. Mix well and serve.
