Capsicum - Onion Sabzi
Steps

Chop capsicum, onion and garlic. Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot add Asafoetida and add chopped vegetables.

Once vegetables are cooked, add salt, besan and peanut powder. Take curd and add red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Mix it well.

Add this mixture in the sabzi. Mix it well. Continue to cook on low flame without covering the lid. Sprinkle with some chopped fresh coriander leaves

Serve hot with roti
Tips
Use mildly sour curd
