  1. 1/4thin carrot cuts
  2. 1/4thin onion cuts
  3. 3 clovethin garlic cuts
  4. 1/2thin cut scotch bonnet pepper
  5. 1/4thin cuts sweet pepper
  6. 1 cupwhite vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Cut seasonings into thin julienne cuts.

    place vinegar on stove to boil.

  3. 3

    Place cuts into the jar creatively.

  4. 4

    take vinegar of stove and pour into jar then seal.

  5. 5

    leave to cool then refrigerate for use.
