Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRajma socked and boil
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  4. 1 tspgarlic ginger paste
  5. 1Tomato chopped
  6. 1Carrot chopped
  7. 1Capsicum chopped
  8. 1Green onion chopped
  9. To tastechilli flakes
  10. To tasteMix herb
  11. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. to tasteChat masala
  14. as neededPizza spread
  15. 1 tbspMyonnaise
  16. as neededButter
  17. For daugh :
  18. 1 cupwheat flour
  19. 1/4 cupmaida
  20. 2 tbspoil
  21. as neededWater
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. 6cheese cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    First make a dough with maida,wheat flour,salt, oil

  2. 2

    Make small roties and rost it lightly

  3. 3

    Take a cooker boil the rajma

  4. 4

    Take a pan heat butter

  5. 5

    Add onion chopped

  6. 6

    When pinkish add green chilli,ginger,garlic paste

  7. 7

    Add capsicum, carrots and green onion leaf

  8. 8

    Spread salt

  9. 9

    Keep it low flame for 5 min

  10. 10

    Add tomato chopped

  11. 11

    When tomato is soft

  12. 12

    Add rajma mashed

  13. 13

    Add chilli flacks,herbs,chat msala, black pepper

  14. 14

    Mix well

  15. 15

    Let it cool

  16. 16

    Add grated cheese

  17. 17

    Add coriander leaves

  18. 18

    Now take a roti spread pizza spread and myonise spread

  19. 19

    Put cabbege leaves and grated beetroot

  20. 20

    Spread rajma mixture

    Fold it like wrep

    Heat oil on tava

    Roast the wrep both the side

  24. 24

    Serve with tomato sauce or myonise
