Ingredients

  • 1 cupbutter (melted)
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2 1/4 cupflour
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 cuppeacons (chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350º

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients into dough

  3. 3

    roll pieces int balls & place onto an ungreased pan

  4. 4

    bake 15-20 minutes (remove as soon as they start to brown)

  5. 5

    delicately roll in powdered sugar (while they're still warm)

  6. 6

    roll into powdered sugar again after they're cooled
