Cooking Instructions

1. Brake both of the eggs into bowl and whip with fork, braking up the yolks.

2. Slice bagel open then place in toaster and tost to your taste. When done place on plate.

3. On MEDIUM heat after butter fully melted in frying pan, poor in egg mixture into pan.

4. Let SLOWLY fry until edges are cooked, then flip over like a omlit. ( use fork to help spatula slid under egg for easy flip. )

5. Place cheese and ham onto egg, then carefully and slowly fold egg together and press down with spatula, then carefully flip to other side. ( as if you are making a omlit. )

5. When cheese is melted from flipping a couple times, fold egg in one last time as if to make it triangular shape and press down with spatula.

6. Carefully place egg onto bagel with spatula, put together and engoy.
