blondies (white chocolate brownies)

pre heat oven to 150c, grease a baking tin ( I use grease proof paper)

melt 200g of white chocolate and all the butter in a bowl
- 3
beat eggs and sugar together
- 4
break the reast of your chocolate into separate squares
- 5
once chocolate is melted take off the heat and add the sugar and egg mix
- 6
once mixed add flour and baking powder
- 7
add chocolate to mixture

pour in baking tray
- 9
put in oven for 20-25 minutes

cut in to squares once cool
