This is one of our favorites....it can be dinner or an appetizer :)
Steps

cut chicken breasts into strips
- 2
combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl
- 3
put milk into a bowl and dip chicken strips into it
- 4
take the dipped strips and bread each generously with the mixture
- 5
place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet
- 6
bake at 350 for 40 min.or until crunchy
- 7
enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce ( I use honey )
