Ingredients

1 hour
  • Fruit Salsa
  • 1 packagesFrozen Fruit blend, preferably one with mango, pineapple, strawberries, and perhaps blueberries
  • 1/2 packagesFrozen Strawberries
  • 1 eachRed Apple ( use two if you want more of a crunch in your salsa
  • Tortilla Crisps
  • 2/3 cupOil, any kind
  • 1Tortillas
  • 1Sugar
  • 1Cinnamon

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Dice the frozen fruit and put it in a large bowl

  2. 2

    Dice the apple(s) and add to the frozen fruit, mix together and place in fridge to thaw

  3. 3

    Stir fruit mix occasionally

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium/high heat. Meanwhile, cut the tortillad like you would pizza. into slices

  5. 5

    Fry tortillas until browned on both sides, then drain on a paper towel

  6. 6

    On a plate, or in a pie dish, mix together cinnamon and sugar

  7. 7

    As each batch come out from frying take, while still warm, and roll in the cinnamon sugar mix, until covered

  8. 8

    Take the chips, dip them in the thawed salsa and enjoy!
