Tortilla Crisps with Fruit Salsa

Dice the frozen fruit and put it in a large bowl

Dice the apple(s) and add to the frozen fruit, mix together and place in fridge to thaw

Stir fruit mix occasionally

Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium/high heat. Meanwhile, cut the tortillad like you would pizza. into slices

Fry tortillas until browned on both sides, then drain on a paper towel

On a plate, or in a pie dish, mix together cinnamon and sugar

As each batch come out from frying take, while still warm, and roll in the cinnamon sugar mix, until covered

Take the chips, dip them in the thawed salsa and enjoy!
