Ingredients

  • 1cauliflower
  • 2Potatoes
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 handfulwhole garam masalas
  • 2 tbspcumin-coriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and gher

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil fry the cauliflower florets and Potatoes

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  3. 3

    Now keep it aside and add oil

  4. 4

    Temper Cumin seeds,bay leaf and red chilli

  5. 5

    Add ginger and saute for a while

  6. 6

    Add cumin-coriander Powder and red chilli powder

  7. 7

    Add tomato and saute till oil separates

  8. 8

    Add cauliflower and Potatoes saute well adding sugar and garam masala powder

  9. 9

    Sprinkle ghee and serve hot with plain rice or chapati
