Egusi soup and EBA for Lunch

Wash assorted meat, stock fish, dried fish, put in a pot, add pepper, onions, crayfish, stock fish and dried fish, allow to cook till the meats and fishes are soft.

Mix blended egusi with little water until a paste is formed, use table spoon to cut the paste into the pot containing the cooked protein, this method is for those of us that like to see lumps in our egusi soup, allow to cook for 10mins before stirring, at this point add your veggies, allow to steamer for 2mins. Then turn off the fire. Your soup is ready

Boil water to 100degree, to make your EBA.
