Steps

Take 250g gram flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ajwain, ½ tsp hing (astafoeida),2 tbsp oil and mix all dry ingredients first.

Add little water and make a dough,now knead the dough well. Now take a deep kadai and fill the kadai to ¾ of it with oil.

Now heat it a bit more than medium hot.

Now take some dough like a chapati ball and knead it.Now take a jara with small holes for Thikha ghatiya and hold it above the oil and remove the oil from the gas.Now put the dough on the jara and press it straight.

Once all the dough comes out,bring back the kadai on the gas and fry the ghatiya for about 2-3 minutes. Keep on turning them around.

Once they are fried,remove then from the oil and keep them on paper napkins.

Now do this of all the dough. If you don't have a jaro you can use the machine of the Sev with the chakli of Thikha ghatiya.

Now it's ready!You can store it on airpack container. You may use black salt instead of salt if you want.
