Ingredients

  • 250gmMaida
  • 1/2 bowlGhee
  • Oil for fry
  • 1 spoonAjwain
  • 1 spoonTil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add maida,salt,ajwain,oil and till in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add some water and make a dough.

  3. 3

    Make balls with the dough.and roll it.

  4. 4

    Now fold it in triangle shape

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok add mathri and deep fry till golden.
