Ingredients

4 pcssalmon sliced thin
1tomato sliced thin
1onion sliced thin
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 TBsalt
Shredded zucchini and carrots for garnish

Steps

Slice fish

Season fish with salt and lemon
3

Prepare pan by placing onion and tomato around the perimeter
4

Arrange your sliced fish and some more onions and tomatoes in a circular fashion
5

Garnish with some salt, lemon, shredded carrots and zucchini
6

Bake at 350° until cooked through
