Best sauce I have made this year. You can store it in the fridge for a couple of days.
Steps

Put tomatoes, onion,garlic and pepper in a blender, blend till it is fine.

In a sufuria,put cooking oil and let it heat up for 1 minute.

Add the blended vegetables to the cooking oil and stir as you add tomato paste, salt,parsley and oregano.

Stir and cover to cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Serve while hot with any stew
