Ingredients

  1. 500 mlfull cream milk
  2. 1 literchicken stock
  3. 120 mlpouring cream
  4. 1splash extra virgin olive oil
  5. 3rashers bacon, diced small
  6. 1onion, diced small
  7. 1 tbspflour
  8. 50 gramsButter
  9. 2large potatoes, diced small
  10. 250 gramsfresh crab meat
  11. 1medium tin corn kernels
  12. 1Good pinch thyme

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions, bacon, potatoes, corn &Thyme until onion soft.

  2. 2

    Add flour, stir for 1 min, then add stock & milk. Cook until potatoes soft.

  3. 3

    Mash potatoes add crab meat. Simmer 1 min.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat then add cream.
