Ingredients

500 mlfull cream milk
1 literchicken stock
120 mlpouring cream
1splash extra virgin olive oil
3rashers bacon, diced small
1onion, diced small
1 tbspflour
50 gramsButter
2large potatoes, diced small
250 gramsfresh crab meat
1medium tin corn kernels
1Good pinch thyme

Steps

Fry onions, bacon, potatoes, corn &Thyme until onion soft.

Add flour, stir for 1 min, then add stock & milk. Cook until potatoes soft.

Mash potatoes add crab meat. Simmer 1 min.

Remove from heat then add cream.
