Ingredients

  • 500 mlfull cream milk
  • 1 literchicken stock
  • 120 mlpouring cream
  • 1splash extra virgin olive oil
  • 3rashers bacon, diced small
  • 1onion, diced small
  • 1 tbspflour
  • 50 gramsButter
  • 2large potatoes, diced small
  • 250 gramsfresh crab meat
  • 1medium tin corn kernels
  • 1Good pinch thyme

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions, bacon, potatoes, corn &Thyme until onion soft.

  2. 2

    Add flour, stir for 1 min, then add stock & milk. Cook until potatoes soft.

  3. 3

    Mash potatoes add crab meat. Simmer 1 min.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat then add cream.
