Steps

Marinate the chicken in baking soda for 15-20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Pat chicken dry with paper towels then marinate with vinegar, cornstarch and soy sauce for 15 min

Mix sauce together. Set aside.

Heat wok with 1 tablespoon sesame oil and stir fry chicken until half cooked. Set aside
- 5
Add another tablespoon of oil and add the vegetables and ginger. Stir fry until fragrant. Add chicken back in.

Add sauce and continue to stir fry until chicken is cooked and well coated in sauce
