beat eggs very well with vanilla, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda

add flour every bit at a time so the mixture get more and more a dough form...it may become hard so add also a bit of milk and oil evry once a while so tjat you can always be able to mix

add the rose water and water and continue mixing

you can do the mixing by hand or with the machine coz it is very easy

if you see the mix very hard add water...and if it is very ligjt ad flour even if it becomes more than the ingredients quantities

i usually heat the pan and put a bit and turn in around...when it is done, i slide butter over the crepe, add some cream and sugar, and turn it round like a sandwish

my husband like it salty, so i add cheese and turn it like a pie in the pan so the cheese melt

the first one is always the devils piece as we say...it won,t be so perfect coz u have to add a bit of butter at the beginning to the pan so tjrt nothing get stick

the quantity of ingredients makes around 12 crepes sandwishes
