Ingredients

3 servings
  • 500 GMspaneer (Cottage cheese)
  • 2 tbspOil
  • Cumin seeds and mustard seeds
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspFresh cream
  • 2 tspCashew and almonds powder
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil,add cumin seeds add mustard seeds.

  2. 2

    Let them crackle then add ginger garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions. Saute well. Add tomato puree, add salt. Mix well

  4. 4

    Add grated cottage cheese. Add cashew and almonds powder.

  5. 5

    Mix well and add fresh cream on top
