Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 500 GMspaneer (Cottage cheese)
  2. 2 tbspOil
  3. Cumin seeds and mustard seeds
  4. 1 cuptomato puree
  5. Chopped onions
  6. Chopped chillies
  7. Ginger garlic paste
  8. 2 tbspFresh cream
  9. 2 tspCashew and almonds powder
  10. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil,add cumin seeds add mustard seeds.

  2. 2

    Let them crackle then add ginger garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions. Saute well. Add tomato puree, add salt. Mix well

  4. 4

    Add grated cottage cheese. Add cashew and almonds powder.

  5. 5

    Mix well and add fresh cream on top
